New monobloc line including a blister machine and a cartoner in a single solution with integrated Track & Trace module inside, and SEA VISION line clearance system on the blister machine. MB452 - MA360 - Integrated BL module
PAPERTRAY PEN LINE
RE202 labelling machine that manages 200 pcs/min that are transported within dedicated sleeves ensuring high labelling precision and correct orientation. Once fed in the MA80 cartoning machine, a robotic feeding system places the pens inside a papertray with precision and flexibillty. The new papertray inside is designed and produced to ensure the use of less than 50% of paper and glue compared to most of other models on the market.

INSPECTION SYRINGE LINE
SA12J: this automatic inspection machine is a compact unit, designed to perform the most accurate controls of prefilled syringes. It will be in line with continuous motion machine for syringe plungering and labelling COMBI 2PL
ASEPTIC FILLING LINE FOR VIALS
STERY-500: New vial filling and stoppering machine under an ISOL-AIR series isolator, satisfies the requirements of the new Annex 1 of the European GMP. The STERY-500, even configurable with open or closed RABS , is designed to run at 30.000 vials/hour (500 vials/min) with 100% IPC. The machine can adopt several different filling systems as peristaltic pumps, disposable piston pumps and rotary piston pumps in CIP/SIP execution. The line is completed by: a rotary vial capping machine model CAPSY-BC and, for printing a code on vials, a CODY machine.
PHARMA -MEK 1000
Turboemulsifier used to mix emulsions with a liquid or creamy consistency under vacuum for the pharmaceutical, supplements and healthcare markets.
